HRD (Hoge Raad voor Diamant) The Diamond High Council (HRD), a non-profit
organisation, is the official representative of the Belgium diamond industry.
It was founded in 1973 in order to co-ordinate and optimise all activities
on behalf of the diamond business in general.
The HRD groups the four Belgian diamond bourses, the Federation of Belgian
diamond bourses, trade organisations and trade unions and acts as their
spokesman.
The Diamond High Council is the officially recognised representative organisation
of the Belgian diamond business.
